1. The same degree
It is to compare two things or person that both of them have the same
condition.
Pattern :
S1 +
Tobe/ Am, Is, Are + As + Adj/ Adv + As + S2
S1 +
Tobe/ Am, Is, Are + The same + As + S2

- Nanda is as beautiful as Nandi
- The apple A is as expensive as the apple B
2. Comperative degree
It is to compare two things or person that one of them has more than
others.
Pattern :

Ex:

Than = conjunctions
Example :
